What's the difference between buy and sell?
Buy is what the bank pays you when you sell it currency. Sell is what you pay when you buy it.
How often do prices update?
We check prices every hour, and the time of the last update shows next to each price.
Why is the price different at the branch?
A bank can change its price during the day or apply a different one for your amount. Always confirm the price with the bank first.
Alerts
How do I set an alert?
Open any currency or gold karat, tap the bell and choose the price you want.
Why didn't my alert arrive?
Check that notifications are allowed in your browser or phone, and that quiet hours don't cover that time.
Account and plans
Do I need an account?
No. Everything works without one. An account keeps your favorites and alerts on all your devices.
How do I cancel the ad-free plan?
Go to Settings, then Plan. It stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
